| My experience with Buller Tech has been great. We were able to accomplish our Office 365 project in an incredibly short period of time. All of my questions were answered promptly and clearly. | Your tech (Joel Burgess) arrived this morning to fix our issues with my office computer. He had to travel a bit to reach us in Pierce County, but as anything (and everything) with Rob Buller Technology, the knowledge and capability far exceeded anything expected. Joel was personable, quick, and EXTREMELY bright and informed about what he was doing. Not only was he able to identify and fix the problem rather quickly, he checked out some smaller issues with our system/computer that may affect productivity for our operation. I would say, Rob's customer service would be.......well, like the Nordstrom of the computer industry. Thanks so much for a job EXTREMELY well done....AGAIN! |

| Remote repair of my computer |
| It still amazes me how Rob can fix my computer (the one he configured and sold me) as I drink my coffee here and he sits someplace far away!. He does is quickly and I'm always so happy to have it up and running again...better and faster than before. When he has sent someone to my house, they too, were efficient and quick. Buller rates were more than reasonable. Rob is the man! |

My lap top was sooooo slow, now its fast as lightening, NO JOKE. I got a great price too, he is very honest and I wouldnt trust anyone else to touch my computers, thank you Rob!! |

Rob built my server and set up my law firm's IT system, made sure it worked correctly accross three office locations and even debugged some of the problems that my legal software provider should have but couldn't manage. When I call or e-mail Rob with a problem he always respondes quickly and more importantly, when I put a computer based issue in his hands, I stop worrying about it. I know he will solve the problem. |

| I have had the pleasure of doing business with Rob 3 times now: securing our home network, the second time when my computer was hacked by would-be fraudsters, and most recently when my feeble Vista OS seemed like it had given up the ghost and taken everything--tax records family photos,micro- business ideas,inventory and expense records--with it, just when I can least afford to replace my laptop. Rob has consistently gone above and beyond the call of duty, advising me honestly and always offering the most cost-effective solutions, implementing them quickly and efficiently, never taking more than a couple of hours, as well as remote assistance when I was being hacked and bombed with viruses. | It's an eye-opening experience when one has serious computer problems and the majority of the techs (with a possible fix) are with national or regional chains in the business, and with the mindse,t to sell new equipment, first. Rob at Buller Tech saved me hundreds of dollars by taking the necessary time to repair my computer expertly and in the least expensive manner. Sure, Buller Tech could have pointed me to new equipment, but they were motivated to understand my family's computer needs first, then they found alternatives for me to choose from that did not break the bank or include expensive new equipment. As a 57 year old sales pro, I have come to know the type of people I can trust - - Rob at Buller Tech is one of those people. Soon, he will be designing, building and finally maintaining a web page for our family business. I like Rob's honesty and I trust his work. |

| Buller Tech is always on top of things. What ever situation we've had in the last year they have been able to handle it. We implemented a new website and sharepoint service, networking of our office computers as well as two at home workstations. We've also purchased two laptop computers from Bullertech as well as had an old computer rebuilt and have been completely satisfied. I love the fact that anything I'm faced with you are only an email away and your response time is always very quick. It's like having a full-time IT department without the expense. Your remote computer help is amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone needing any sort of computer help. |

| I've worked in small businesses for 20 years, and have my share of horror stories about computer tech support and bizarre ideas of customer service. Rob and his crew are simply the best I've ever worked with, bar none. Fast, effective, fair, and never expensive-- I get the support I need quickly and the supplies I need cheaply, and most of all when problems arise, I don't feel that awful sinking feeling. I can trust they'll actually FIX the problem. They're pro-active in spotting future issues and helpful about finding options, not just the latest whammy dammy expensive solution. I don't recommend people easily, I think most modern customer service is a joke. But Bullertech I recommend without reservation. |

| When I first bought a computer I went to Best Buy and tried to get assistance creating one specific to my needs. I was given some advice but was left with a lot of unanswered questions and ended up buying something that underperformed and cost more than I expected. After a few years of saving I was ready to try again, so I contacted Rob to see if he could help me finally build the custom computer I wanted. He was very precise when gathering the information needed to build the computer and his knowledge of current hardware available had me assured I wasn't going to make any unnecessary purchases this time around. Within a week he had the parts shipped and the computer assembled. The computer performs exactly how I want while the cost remained lower than I expected. Thanks again for all the help Bullertech! |

| My old slow computer gave me the "blue screen of death". and crashed. BestBuy and others said that it might not be possible to fix as all the files were probably corrupted and could not be transferred. .I had purchased a new computer and wanted to retain my files from the old hard drive. I had heard about Rob, gave him a call. He came over and successfully transfered the majority of "old" files onto my new computer. It only took a couple of hours. I was absolutely amazed in watching him weave his magic with the computer. Rob was very pleasing, intelligent individual that really knows his business. I would highly recommend him to anyone! |
